Yarn & The Boogieman is a high-octane blues collaboration bringing together two of Australia’s most electrifying frontmen for a once-in-a-lifetime blues, boogie, hillbilly foot stomping session.

Featuring guitar powerhouse Jan Rynsaardt (“Yarn”) from Australian blues heavyweights Chase The Sun, alongside Marshall OKell from Marshall and the Fro, this project throws structure out the window and lets pure groove take the wheel.

Rynsaardt is widely regarded as one of Australia’s most exciting blues guitarists, known for his fiery Southern-soaked tone, deep groove playing and endless well of scorching licks. Opposite him, OKell brings his signature one-man-band swagger — driving the rhythm with foot-stomping kick and tambourine while working a steel resonator guitar, delivering gritty vocals and that cheeky natural front man energy with spontaneous antics.

The result is a raw, sweat-soaked boogie explosion — a full-throttle blues jam built on instinct, chemistry and the pure joy of letting great players cut loose.

With two powerhouse frontmen feeding off each other on stage, Yarn & The Boogieman is high-energy, dance-floor-ready blues that keeps feet stomping and bodies moving!
